Alcantara is characterized by softness, abrasion resistance, high life and ease of maintenance. Alcantara is produced from very fine, polyester and polyurethane microfibre. These microfibres are up to 20 times smaller than human hair. Polyester gives the product strenght and the polyurethane gives softness.
